Politics is a very dirty place to search for a flower. There are not many politicians in the world that are praised and accepted open heartedly by the public. They are meant to think for the world but are often found working for their personal interests. Chanakya, the father of Politics and a very good economist, believed that a true leader must always think for the benefit of his people. But when it comes to his own life at stake, he should save himself first. Actually, this theory was mostly followed in the past when there were kings and their kingdoms. Their heirs were crowned as the new kings and they used to spend most of their life as aristocrats. Of course, there were good kings as well with happy kingdom but there was still a constant warship for new lands and acquisitions. Let’s travel back to that age and see what the situation was.

SS 1

We’re going back to the middle ages in the Empire: Four Kingdoms which is an iOS app developed by Goodgame Studios. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and requires iOS 5.0 or any later version of the OS. This app has also been optimized for iPhone 5.

As you step in the canvas, you see huge kingdoms all around you. But alas, none of them belong to you. Then you start building your castle because it’s a must to have a safe home before you start destroying others’. Then you’ll explore with your army the farthest corners of the world and discover new countries. While some of them will be easy to take control over, there will be others with bigger army than yours. So army can be your strongest or weakest link depending upon how much you invest in that. Trade goods and other resources to build an economy that can withstand the expenses of your army and can still spare you some in your pocket.

SS 2

There’s nothing bad about this RTS game. There are more than 15 million players of this game and the movie is more entertaining if the theatre is full. As in the politics, you can make alliances with other players. So you can join a coalition or create a new one. But make sure you don’t fall on the other side and therefore invite your friends to join you.

The graphics of this game are a treat to watch. You’re in a really fascinating kingdom and the story keeps unravelling more of them as if a secret is being revealed. There are big castles, huge kingdoms and vast expanses of greenery that’ll absolutely take you one step closer to the nature.

SS 3

Overall, Empire: Four Kingdoms is a very good game and it has already been immensely successful. The app is available for free in the App Store. However, there are some in-app purchases for rubies but you can continue the game otherwise as well. So make sure you check this one out in the App Store!

Pros: admirable graphics; addictive gameplay; more than 15 million players; free.

Cons: none.
