7 Minute workout`s Android application follows the minimalistic User Interface that Google had promised after its Lollipop Android 5.0.x update. This application is developed by THE MASK Studio whose latest version is 1.1.1 requires minimum of android 4.0.3 and up. Just as its minimalistic UI the application is too small and light weight, so you dont have to worry about it taking up much space on your phone, its just shy of 10MB.

On clicking 7 the scientific method the application gives a 5 second break to figure out you`re things, just in case if your pondering over that you need to hurry up things then it’s not the case. The application developers THE MASK Studio were witty enough to add a pause break in that and other screens of the application. The workout begins with Jumping jacks exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 10 second break. After the break the next exercise is wall sit, In similar way push ups, abdominal crunch, step-up Into chair, squat, triceps dip on chair, plank, high knees running in place, lunge, push ups and side plank. Having invested your 7 minutes into this application, it helps you to stay fit scientifically.

The second option rather than the scientific approach is the more rigorous and more advanced 7 minute workout. This advanced workout too follows similar timing patterns as its scientific counterpart. The first exercise is reverse lunge, elbow to instep with rotation, alternating sides, followed by lateral pillar bridge-left. The next exercise is push up to row to burpee which is 60 seconds long. The next one is lateral pillar bridge- right. Single leg RDL to curl to press-left and right exercise along with plank with arm-left and right are also included. Lateral lunge to overhead tricep extension and bentover row with alternating arms are the final concluding exercises.
